Office Renovation, Ornamental Stair, High End Finishes. This expansion of Coty’s NY office space occupies five floors in this landmark address. Similar to the headquarters project we completed at 2 Park Ave the interior fit-out included glass office fronts with sliding doors, 12 different types of stone and tile, 9 types of glass, extensive ornamental metals and 6 species of wood veneers. All moves took place on time and within budget. The ornamental stair features stone treads and open risers and landings. Product display cases are found among client and amenities area and a company store provides products to employees and visitors.
