  • Headquarters relocation project for 3,000 employees incorporating client facing conferencing spaces, executive office suites, trading operations, 14 floors of general office spaces as well as amenities including mail room, locker and fitness center, bike storage and locker rooms, café spaces, cooking kitchen and warming pantry for executive conference areas.

  • Multiple public assembly spaces required close coordination with filing consultant.

Project Highlights

  • Nanawall mobile wall system with attendant steel
  • Complete Telecom infrastructure including 15 IDF rooms, 2 MDF rooms, and incoming carrier services
  • Extensive AV work including 256 Conference Rooms, including 54 VC, broadcast studio, controls rooms, display systems, and conference management systems
  • 6 new 50 ton AC Units to provide 24×7 cooling to many areas
  • 20 CRAC type AC units
  • Secondary CW piping system including pumps
  • Outside air intake to support PA spaces and cooking/conferencing areas
  • New electrical panels throughout 67 each, including new feeds and connection to generator and ATS and distribution equipment
  • Complete new facility systems for BMS/ATC; security and sound masking throughout
  • Coordinated new DAS installation throughout
  • New LULA lift between floors and feature stair in executive conferencing areas
  • One mile cat 6A cable, 4000 data drops, 7900 fiber terminations
