Pre-Construction. Broadcast Studios, Common areas. Construction of Google’s new YouTube creator space in historic Chelsea Market. This space also combines with Google’s BrandLab where companies can experience customized branding workshops and see how they can use YouTube as a tool to improve their marketing strategies. This was a very intricate complex build and required sensitivity toward structural and acoustic concerns.

Extensive use of unique and original materials, graphics, art and custom materials is intended to inspire its occupants. Extensive use of custom wall coverings and fabric wrapped panels.
Significant structural support for new roof equipment including replacement of (6) existing columns, removal (and bridging) of (1) column and significant structural dunnage on the roofs. Work required multiple crane picks
Technical Room with UPS, CRAC and equipment racks for control of facility broadcast operations.
